Yep dude, sounds like it's time for you to take a break. Today will be my first day back after not working out since Friday the 14th. I wish I could say I am completely healed up, but I am pretty close. It's time to get back after it though. But dude, don't be hard headed, don't take a few days off, take a week, do some stretching, go on some walks etc. Heal up bro.
