    I sucked dog shit, big time. Did Not Finish. I need to improve on my thursters. My legs and back are plenty strong. I have got some major issues with shoulder flexibility, which is also why my overhead squats suck. I don't seem to be able push my neck down when my arms are extended. Its going to be something I'll work on with Adrian. I had to do between 5~7 extra thrusters and it killed me. I need to work on everything that has to do with lifting overhead. I would definatley do another competition. I'm disappointed in my self and not making excuses I did my best. I counted three pulled neck muscles so I know I was stretching to make the thrusters the best I could. This is definately a throw back from Krav. That functional tightness is part of the reason I can hit so hard, but I'm going to have to strike a balance. I've got some things I want to work on. I'm taking off from heavy lifting to work on flexibility, muscle endurance, and mental fortitude. Also I've got to give my back time to heal, it hurts all the time now and thats not good.
