Thursday 09-17-09 Diet

Breakfast: Venison Pan Sausage, Green Peppers, Eggs, Orange Juice

Snack: Beef Jerky, Almonds

Lunch: Company luncheon: Ate only the meat and veggies off a sandwich, and fruit

Snack: Beef Jerky, Almonds

Dinner: Pork chops and squash (Karen's recipe)

Late night supper: Curried Salmon and broiled vegetables.
