Upper-body pressing
5 sets of:
1. HSPU x 5 reps
2. Frog stand x 10 seconds
Legs
3 sets of:
1. Pistols x 5 (each leg)
2. Tripod to Handstand x 10 reps

Adrianne's Streches

10 Box Jumps
10 KB Swing
5 Deadlifts (weight TBD)

    New movement for me. I need to work on pushing off heals and moving around the bar not moving the bar

    800M Run
    50 Double Unders
    30 Burpees
    200M Farmers Walk (with two 53lbs KB)

    Time: 10:43

    Not the best time but I was constant the whole time only time I stopped was to catch my breath on Double Unders.
