4x (30sec Work/30sec "Rest") Push Press
"Rest" is in OH position

ENDURANCE
Shooting class cancelled B/C of Ice
Ran for 30 minutes
Friday workout:
ReplyDeleteKB Snatch went well and I was able to keep up with the 8Reps per interval. I was using a 20 lbs kettle bell but would have preferred 35 lbs. 40 lbs I was just a little to slow to make the intervals
Saturday Workout:
I wasn't planning on working out because Jeanna and I were supposed to shoot all weekend. Unfortunatley the class was cancelled and rescheduled.
Ran for 30 Minutes at my guess a 7:30 minute per mile pace. It felt really good, I'm ready to start pushing endurance past an hour.
Push Press sucked especially resting in overhead position. By the end I was barely able to keep them above my head
