Went light on the dead lift becuase my back was feeling tight. I really tried to concentrate on form and using my Hams and glutes. Overall felt good but I know my max lift is way beyond what I'm estimating. I'm going to retest everything at the begining of March.
BENCH:
1) 165lbs x 5RPS
2) 185lbs x 3RPS
3) 205Lbs x 1RPS
I need to test my max bench, this seems way to light for me. I can probably increase the weight my 20~25% comfortably.
Also did 5 x 2 Minute Rds of All Around Bas at 80% effort. It felt good I probably should have gone all 10 Rds but called it early.
