Did 1hr straight ruck march(40~50lbs). Only time I stopped was to do 40 pullups with weight and 20 pushups with weight in 100+degree weather. It sucked bad.
WOD went well: For a couple of seconds on the kicks it actually felt like I was in a fight. Didn't do the pistols but I should have. I did Bas three rds instead. Need to incorporate
