    Comments: Did well put got tired towards the end and wasn't engaging opponent properly, technique is good just need to get over a little bit of a mental hurtle.

  2. Almost forgot I got a taken down by James pretty good, didn't retract my round house quick enough and he kicked my balance leg. I think he might have broken his foot on my shin. Had a real good single leg takedown on another guy, he almost dragged me down but I kept my composure and stayed on my feet. I could have knee'd him in the face but he didn't have mouth guard or head gear so I rolled him with the inside of my elbow instead. I just need to commit more I really fought more as a counter striker. I really want to push the action at my pace better. No carb diet definatley is making it a lot harder to dig. Its become much more of a mental battle than a physical one.
