Load: 135lbsI can go higher but I'm really trying to focus on form. Using rice paddy squat instead of regular squat seems alot more comfortableBarbara: Kicked my but, I pushed though a really nasty wall. Need to find a way to improve 20~30 minute metcons. I don't seem to pace myself well.
