"Cindy Uses Barricade":

5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
5/1 drill at numbered baracade station (18 in total)

Modified Cindy and incorporated my baracade drill.

  1. Did this right at 28 minutes. It felt pretty good quite a lot of dri-fire with my heart rate up. Going to try and do this one at the range this weekend with live fire. I'm going to put the distance at about 25 yards and see how it goes. Then tack on 5 burpees for every miss.
