10 Ring push ups
15 Sledge Hammer Hits

  1. Changed up the Sledge hammer hits to GHD sit ups, I didn't want to risk re-injuring my knee.

    Time: 8:15

    Didn't push it crazy but I was steady the whole way through only had failure on the last set up Ring push ups and that was 8/2.
