Gymnastic Warm Up
Tabata Pushup 20/10 x 8rds
Tabata Sit Ups 20/10 x 8rds
Tabata Squat (Maybe, if the Knee feels up to it) 20/10 x 8rds
Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5-5-5 reps
