The site looks nice. One thing to be aware of is that CrossFit may come after you for having the word CrossFit on your blog. but the format is nice and easy on the eyes. You should make comments after the wod is done to record your performance and give general thoughts on how you were feeling. Keep adding stuff like Dry Fire, and then even get more specific like 50 trogger press right hand, 50 left, 50 kneeling, fire 3 reload, fire 5 reload x2 or something like that, you may find a cool niche....hell it just motivated me to incorporate dry firing after a wod
Did my heavy bag work and felt good, I just free styled working with Heavy Gloves:
Right Round house kick x 10 Double right Round house kick x 10 Left Strait x 10 Right Strait x 10
Left Right Combo x 10
1, 2, 3, & 4 incorporated Elbows/Right kicks/and Bas Kicks
Finished up with 30 seconds hard and fast
Part 1) I was not feeling it, I felt really weak probably should have taken the night off because I think I'm getting sick. I cut it town to 10 minutes and didn't count rounds
Part 2) Jeanna and I worked on the following:
A) Standards(all ten pistol drills)
B) 10 x 1shot 1 target at high ready 7yrds under 1 sec. using .9sec par
C) 10 x 1 shot 1 targe from holster 7 yrds under 1.5 sec. using 1.4sec par
Jeanna's mechanics are flawless draw is a little choppy out of the holster but fast as hell(I can see the steps). If she just smooth is out a little it will be perfect. I can't gripe to much because she is so fast so really whatever works for her. I'm excited to get her to the range on sunday and measure where she is at. She is going to smoke the instructors class.
