    Legs
    3 sets of:
    1. Pistols x 5 (each leg)
    2. Hip extensions x 10 reps

    Five rounds, each for time of:
    20 Pull-ups
    30 Push-ups
    40 Sit-ups
    50 Squats
    Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Honestly I should have warmed my upper body up more. First Rd of pull up and pushups were pretty stiff. Bar was cold as hell.
